Common questions about accessing your DCAM360 portal.

Which portal should I use?

DCAM360 has four different portals based on your role:

Member Portal - For homeowners and property owners to view accounts, make payments, and access association documents.

Board Portal - For board members to access financial summaries, review documents, and manage governance tasks.

Committee Portal - For committee members to review applications and manage committee work.

Staff Portal - For association management staff to access operational functions remotely.

I don't have login credentials

If you're a homeowner or property owner and don't have an account yet, you can register here.

Board members, committee members, and staff receive credentials from your association management company. Contact your management company if you haven't received your login information.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot Password" link on your portal's login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact your association management company for assistance.

I need help with something else

For questions about your account, payments, or association-specific information, please contact your association management company directly. They can assist with account issues, billing questions, and access to your portal.
